Excel Travel is a result of 50 years of acquired (hands-on) experience within the travel and tourism industry both in Egypt and around the world. The company's shareholders, management and staff have been active professionals in different aspects of the travel industry namely leisure, meetings, corporate, conferences, incentives and exhibitions. Excel Travel is equipped, staffed and experienced to handle a comprehensive scope of operations managed by three (3) main divisions of the business.
The Incoming Division is responsible for handling tour operator business, FITs, special interest groups, sports groups (Golf & Safari) and Charters including hotel and cruise reservations on Adhoc, Back-to-Back and charter basis, booking and issuing of domestic and international airlines tickets, bookings and issuance of trains and sleeper trains tickets within Egypt, transfers, optional tours and airport arrangements.
The MICE Division manages meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibition requests and offers.
The Outgoing Division serves Egyptians and Expatriates with planning their leisure trips around the world in addition to handling corporate travel accounts including worldwide hotel reservations, organizing meetings, incentives and transportation.
Excel Travel also has a dedicated Business Travel Department offering air ticket, car rental, hotels, insurance, frequent flyer programs and transfers. The Retail Department for handling leisure packages [spa, shopping, beaches, golf etc.)
